Obesity is a medical condition that occurs when a person’s body weight or body fat may affect their health. If the body mass index is high, the doctor will usually recommend that a person is obese.

Obesity is related to a significant social and psychological burden. Many people with obesity also face problems related to their emotions, self-esteem, quality of life and body image. Now lets talk about weight lose. Is there any short cut for weight lose ?

Famous actor Chris patt lost about 60 pounds in 6 months, which is a lot of weight in such a short period of time. How did he achieve it ?

“I actually lost weight by eating more food, but eating the right food, eating healthy foods, and so when I was done with the movie my body hadn’t been in starvation mode,” Pratt told People magazine.

His words clearly indicating a type of diet. You probably would have heard about it. It is nothing but KETO.

A simple explanation of what a keto diet is ,it is a way of eating that can greatly reduce the consumption of carbohydrates, so your body is burning fat for energy. When people eat more calories than they use, their bodies store the extra calories as fat. This state is called ketosis, and besides weight loss, it also has other benefits like it gives you More energy, Improve skin condition and Lower blood sugar and insulin levels.

Would You Like to Know Exactly What to Eat to Lose Fat and Get Healthy Without Giving Up Your Favorite Foods or Starving Yourself?

Chris Pratt has lost a lot of weight through the keto diet, so it must be effective! ?

No, I would not say exactly like that. Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. It doesn't matter what exercise or how much exercise. Go to the gym and spank for 2 hours, and then wait until the clothes are full of sweat before leaving. Okay, now go to McDonald's to buy Big Macs, Big Fries and Coke. Just wait and see Most likely, nothing is going to change. Or, you can eat light, healthy meat and vegetables, and then walk for an hour and a half. The weight will actually reduce your burden.

Exercise is very necessary because it can improve your metabolism (calories burned in a day), increase lean body mass (body weight-body fat), make you healthy, improve posture, strengthen immunity and make you feel better. Exercising not only means going for physical exercise, but it can also increase your heart rate, burn calories and feel better. Taking physical education class is really the icing on the cake, because you can learn a lot about body functions. You can divide the exercise in to

1. Weight training-2 to 3 times a week. Because it helps build muscle, you tend to burn more calories throughout the day.

2. Aerobic exercise training-2 to 3 times a week. It can help you burn more calories during this time, thereby helping you solve the problem of insufficient calories.

3. High-intensity interval training (HIIT)-once a week. It involves strenuous exercise for a short period of time, with short recovery intervals, which can increase the heart rate and burn more calories in a short period of time.

What are some other techniques you can do ?

1. Try an appetite suppressant: I definitely eat a lot. I have seen the wonders of people's weight control work in life, but it doesn't work for me. I have no willpower. If you are the kind of person who cannot stop eating at the buffet, then you will understand this feeling. Have some good ideas to help solve this problem.

2. Buy a wrist pedometer: Fitbit, Pebble, Apple Watch, Garmin, etc... There are many options out there. Find someone who can keep you motivated. Look for one that can tell you how much you have traveled and how long you have traveled. It not only reminds you of what you need to do, but also gives you motivation to do it every day. 10,000 steps before going to bed.

3. Know that you will not see immediate results: This should be a no-brainer, but you’d be surprised how many people, after the first week of making a change, are discouraged when they see no difference when they look in the mirror or step on the scale. Your body doesn’t change that rapidly. You might not see results for a few months. But, time moves faster than we’d like it to, and a few months ago, you probably wished you would have made changes, and you would be there already today. So make the change now. You’ll get there sooner than you think.

4. Drink more water: Drinking almost half a liter of water before meals can reduce your calorie intake and help you lose up to 44% of your body weight. Follow the 8 * 8 rule, that is, drink eight or eight ounces of water a day to lose weight or maintain weight loss. A person may need to drink more or less according to their physical needs.

Don't Give Up. A better tomorrow is waiting for You.
